Juror for Kettering Art Center- Art on the Commons

Orewiler was selected to be juror for the 25th anniversary of Art on the Commons in Kettering, Ohio. Over 300 works and over 80 artists submitted.

New Studio and New Easel

In November 2008, Orewiler founded German Village Art League. Numerous leagues around Columbus has already been established that inspired him to organize GVAL. The league has spread to almost 50 artists in and is still growing. The GVAL's first inaugural exhibition is May 22nd at Caterina Ltd. in German Village called "Unify". Solo Exhibition 2009

In November 2009 Orewiler will be having his first solo exhibition in the Short North, Columbus, Ohio at Marcia Evans Gallery. The exhibition is in the first stages and will involve a combination of his cityscapes and abstracts concepts.

In 2009 Ross Labs has offered Orewiler a commission for their private collection located near Easton, Columbus, OH. The painting will be around 6ft x 4ft. Currently Ross Labs and Orewiler are in the process of establishing multiple studies of cityscape paintings.
